Fruit for the Victoria Series Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards in Central Victoria. The long and cool growing seasons in these areas lend themselves to wines with penetrating flavour punctuated by a crisp and refreshing acidity. In the winery, the juice was fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to promote varietal expression and intensity. The resulting sparkling wine blend showcases the freshness, texture and vitality.
Fresh white seafood or chicken, complimented by a creamy, citrus infused white.
